Safe and early puppy socialization prior to 12 weeks of age is crucial for a happy, well adjusted adult puppy. According to the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB):

During this time puppies should be exposed to as many new people, animals, stimuli and environments as can be achieved safely and without causing overstimulation manifested as excessive fear, withdrawal or avoidance behavior. For this reason, the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior believes that it should be the standard of care for puppies to receive such socialization before they are fully vaccinated"

You and your puppy will not only learn basic manners, but we will also review potty training, house training, puppy biting, socialization, crate training, not jumping on people, and so much more. You will leave with the knowledge and skills necessary to raise a happy and polite member of your family. This class is exclusively designed to provide you and your puppy with the highest quality resources to set everyone up for lifelong success.

Requirements:

Proof of first round of vaccinations ( you will receive an email requesting proof of vaccinations)

Puppies not fully vaccinated must be carried in to venue

Shoes must be disinfected prior to entering venue

Puppies must be in your care for at least one week prior to class start date

Age Range is 8 weeks to 4 months

Standard 6 foot leash (no retractable leashes)

Collar/Harness (No choke, prong, e-collars, or shock collars)
